RMA ( Return Materials Authorization)

 

There are two ways to send materials for RMA. Please Contact our technical team before raise for RMA.

 

1. Sending Directly to Gemini Service Center

 

After Confirming the Product fault, send a mail to rmacell@gcl.in and get RMA Number.

 

Ship your product to given below address:

Please Quote in Carton box the RMA number.

 

2. Handover the Faulty Product to our Field Engineer :

 

After Confirming the Product Faulty, You may handover the Faulty Product to our Engg & get RMA number from them with in 24 Hours time. No Products will be accepted in our Service Center without RMA Number.
